Her candidate statement
Why she’s running
Our schools are at a turning point. We have a real opportunity to bring in stronger leadership, fresh ideas, and a clear focus on students and academics.
Transparency and fiscal responsibility are essential. I am not a career politician, I am an immigrant, a mother of four school-aged children and a business owner. I understand that parents want the best education for their children, and teachers work hard to provide it.
“I am stepping forward to keep our schools strong, competitive, and focused on academics and student success.”

School funding depends on student attendance. When enrollment declines, resources shrink and teachers are often the first to feel the impact. We must maintain high standards, safe campuses, and strong academic programs while putting students first, the rest will follow.
As a Board member, I will fight for practical budget strategies that protect classrooms: prioritize teachers and instructional support over administrative growth, align staffing with enrollment, demand full transparency, pursue grants and partnerships, and redirect savings back into academics and teacher retention.
Each student and their parents should know that I am here for them, I hear them, and I will do everything I can to ensure their education, safety, and rights are my priority. I will tell the truth, listen to parents and teachers. I ask for your vote.
